شروط الاستخدام لمنصة "كلام كبار"
باستخدامك لمنصة وتطبيق كلام كبار، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:
الأهلية والعمر:
يجب أن تكون بعمر 18 عاماً أو أكثر لاستخدام المنصة.
مسؤولية الحساب:
أنت مسؤول عن كافة الأنشطة والمحتويات الصادرة من حسابك. يُحظر مشاركة بيانات دخولك مع الآخرين.
السلوك الحظر:
يُحظر نشر أي محتوى مسيء، إباحي، عنصرى، أو يحث على الكراهية أو العنف، كما يُحظر إرسال الرسائل المزعجة (Spam).
صلاحيات الإشراف:
يحق لإدارة ومسؤولي "كلام كبار" حظر، كتم، أو حذف أي حساب يخالف الشروط دون إخطار مسبق.
سياسة سحب واستبدال الهدايا والعملات
أهلية استبدال المكافآت: يُسمح للمستخدمين المسجلين بتقديم طلبات لاستبدال هداياهم وجوائزهم وعملاتهم الافتراضية المستلمة (العملات الذهبية والياقوت) بمبالغ نقدية ("سحب الأرباح").
قنوات الدفع المعتمدة: يتم تحويل مبالغ السحب حصرياً إلى محافـظ الكاش الرقمية المصرية الصالحة (مثل فودافون كاش، أورنج كاش، اتصالات كاش، ووي باي) المسجلة باسم صاحب المحفظة الثلاثي.
معدل التحول المالي: يتم احتساب وتصفية قيمة الهدايا والعملات المستبدلة بمعدل تحويل قدره 60% من القيمة الاسمية بالجنيه المصري (EGP).
التحقق ومدة المعالجة: تخضع جميع طلبات السحب لمراجعة أمنية. يتم معالجة الطلبات المقبولة وتحويل المبالغ خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة عمل. وفي حالة رفض الطلب من قبل الإدارة، تُعاد العملات أو الهدايا تلقائياً إلى رصيد حساب المستخدم.
مكافحة الاحتيال والسياسات: يُمنع منعاً باتاً إدخال أرقام محافـظ وهمية أو محاولة استغلال النظام. وتحتفظ الإدارة بالحق في رفض الطلبات المشبوهة أو مصادرة الرصيد المخالف أو تعليق الحسابات المنتهكة للسياسة.
نهائية المعاملات: فور اكتمال تحويل المبلغ إلى رقم محفظة الكاش المحددة، تُعد المعاملة نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد أو الإلغاء.
إخلاء المسؤولية:
تُقدم الخدمة "كما هي"، والمنصة غير مسؤولة عن المحتوى الصادر من مستخدمين آخرين أو الانقطاع المؤقت للخدمة.
Terms of Use for Kalam Kobar
By accessing or using Kalam Kobar, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use:
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
Account Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for all activities and content produced under your account credentials.
Prohibited Conduct:
Harassment, explicit media, hate speech, illegal activities, and spamming are strictly forbidden.
Moderation & Termination:
Kalam Kobar administrators and moderators reserve the right to mute, kick, or ban any account violating policies without prior notice.
Giveaway & Coin Rewards Cash Out Policy
Eligibility for Rewards Redemption: Registered users may submit a request to redeem their accumulated eligible in-app virtual items, giveaways, and coins (Gold/Ruby) for cash payouts ("Cash Out").
Supported Payment Channels: Cash Out redemptions are processed exclusively to valid Egyptian Mobile Cash Wallets (including Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, and WE Pay) registered under the wallet holder’s full name.
Conversion Payout Rate: All eligible giveaway items and coins are redeemed at a standardized payout conversion rate of 60% of their face value in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Verification & Processing Timeframe: All redemption requests undergo automatic and manual security verification. Approved requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. If a request is rejected by administration, the corresponding item or coins are automatically returned to the user’s account.
Anti-Fraud & Abuse Prevention: Submitting false wallet numbers, using exploited items, or attempting fraudulent requests is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decline unauthorized requests, forfeit fraudulent balances, or suspend accounts engaging in policy violations.
Finality of Transactions: Once a Cash Out payment has been successfully transferred to the designated mobile cash number, the transaction is non-reversible and final.
